Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription to any Lazuar Solutions platform. All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

1. 14-Day Refund Period

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

This 14-day refund period applies only to your first subscription payment for each platform. Subsequent renewal payments (monthly or annual) are not eligible for this introductory refund.

2. Renewal Refunds

For subscription renewals (both monthly and annual), refunds are generally not provided. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

In exceptional circumstances — such as accidental duplicate charges or technical errors that prevented you from cancelling before renewal — we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Annual Plan Early Cancellation

If you are on an annual plan and wish to cancel mid-term, no partial refund is provided for the unused portion of your annual subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the annual billing period.

We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you are unsure about a long-term commitment.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The platform and plan you subscribed to.
  • The date of the payment you are requesting a refund for.
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. Any exchange rate differences between the time of purchase and refund are outside our control.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Consumed usage-based credits (such as messaging credits) that cannot be reversed.
  • Add-on purchases, once provisioned and used.
  • Subscription renewals beyond the 14-day initial refund period.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
