What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and select local payment methods. All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax compliance, and payment processing on our behalf. Your invoice will come from Paddle.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly billing at any time from your account settings. When upgrading to yearly, you'll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current monthly cycle.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded and your data will be retained for 90 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of your initial purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Is there a free trial?
We don't currently offer a free trial. However, with our 14-day refund policy, you can try Aura risk-free. If it's not the right fit, we'll refund your payment in full.
